Paola Fernanda Juárez Reyna focuses on legal advice for the management of individual and collective labor relations in various sectors, prevention and punishment of sexual harassment, labor intermediation and outsourcing processes and disciplinary procedures, among others.

She has more than six years of professional experience in the labor area, in the consulting of court proceedings and administrative procedures. 

​

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.   She is a member of the winning team of the 19th Ethics and Professional Responsibility contest "Lawyer on the Bench" of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

She was director of the sales and marketing commission of the Academic Forum association of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and associate of the Academic Forum of the Student Association of the Faculty of Law of the same University.
